By downloading and using Ayat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. App Content and Usage

Ayat is designed to provide and share Quranic verses (Ayas) from our established database. The text provided is fixed, and the app does not support user-generated text input for the core content. You are welcome to use the custom widgets, apply themes, and share the generated visuals to social media platforms using the provided sharing tools (such as Snapchat and TikTok).

3. Premium Subscriptions

Ayat offers premium features (including advanced widget customization, premium themes, and watermark removal) through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

The Ayat app, including its original design, customized widgets, and branding, is the property of Ayat's developers. However, the Quranic text itself is universal and free for all to read and share.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ayat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the application runs smoothly and the text is accurate, we cannot guarantee that the app will be entirely free of errors or uninterrupted.
